I studied Marketing and Psychology at the University of Auckland and after I had graduated, I landed a job with a large retail organisation and ended up holding various marketing roles there which gave me a great opportunity to gain lots of practical marketing experience in all kinds of areas from advertising, digital marketing and campaign management. 

My role at Blender is varied across all marketing functions from copywriting to social and digital marketing and is always evolving as the business grows so it keeps things interesting.  I have two young boys and I really value balance between work and family so the part-time role as Marketing Executive for Blender really gives me that opportunity to develop my marketing career while still having lots of quality time for my family. 

I love all things creative and am inspired by beautiful designs that surround us in everyday life so I really enjoy being part of and marketing a business surrounded by so much creativity and innovation.
